This privacy policy describes how the personal data of users who browse the website www.rentaltravel.it and use the contact forms on the site is processed, pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Data collected

Through the contact forms on the "Contact" and "Owners" pages, the site collects the following data voluntarily provided by the user: first and last name, email address, telephone number (optional), property type (optional) and the content of the message sent.
The site does not use profiling cookies and does not collect browsing data for statistical or advertising purposes.

3. Purpose of the processing

The data collected via the contact forms is processed solely to respond to requests for information, provide quotes and consultancy on property management, and handle booking or assistance requests. The data is not used for marketing purposes without separate, explicit consent.

4. Legal basis

The processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, on the consent given by the user when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

5. Third-party services involved

For the operation of the site we rely on the following external services, which may process data as sub-processors or independent controllers:

• Web3Forms — service used to send and receive messages from the contact forms.
• CiaoBooking / SmartPMS — external booking platform (rentaltravel.bookpage.io) to which the user is directed to check availability and complete a booking; the processing of data on that platform is governed by the provider's own privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — loading of typefaces from Google servers.
• Google Maps — map embedded on the Contact page to show our location.

Some of these services may involve a transfer of data to non-EU countries (in particular the United States); in that case the transfer takes place on the basis of the safeguards provided for by current legislation (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Data retention

The data collected via the contact forms is kept for the time necessary to handle the request and, subsequently, for the period required by legal obligations (e.g. accounting or tax, where the contact gives rise to a contractual relationship).

7. Rights of the data subject

As a data subject, you have the right to request at any time access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to the processing (Art. 15-22 GDPR). To exercise these rights you can write to info@rentaltravel.it.
