Two new apartments in central Paratico

Lake & Light are two independent apartments in the old town of Paratico, on the Brescia shore of Lake Iseo. Both fully renovated in 2024 with quality materials: wood-effect floors, marble-clad bathrooms and fitted kitchens. They can be booked separately or together — the right choice for two couples travelling together who want two independent homes in the same building.

The name says it: the lake is a ten-minute walk away, not on the shore. In exchange you're in the heart of a medieval village, halfway between the lake and Franciacorta, with the Lake Iseo cycle path running through.

Deluxe Apartment

Superior Apartment

A twin flat, also renovated in 2024: a double bedroom, an open-plan living room with a sofa bed, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom clad in golden marble with a shower. The same care and finishes as the Deluxe.

Deluxe and Superior: the difference is the floor — Deluxe on the ground floor (handy with a pushchair or if you'd rather avoid stairs), Superior on the first floor. Otherwise they're equivalent.

Paratico is a medieval village on the Brescia shore, at the southern tip of Lake Iseo, facing Sarnico. It's a handy base for anyone wanting to mix lake and wineries: Franciacorta is a few minutes away and the lake cycle path runs through. By car, Iseo and Sarnico are five minutes away.

Ferries to Monte Isola — the largest inhabited lake island in Europe — leave from the lake, and the beaches of Lake Iseo are within reach. In Paratico we also manage the Aquarama and the Lakefront Penthouse, if you'd rather be on the water.

In plain terms: a ten-minute walk from the lake means you're not on the water's edge — the name says as much. If you want the lakefront on your doorstep, our other Paratico homes have it.
