The Belvedere is a newly built 50 m² apartment on a residential hillside in Sarnico, on the Bergamo shore of Lake Iseo. Two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed, for up to four guests. Its stand-out feature is the view: a panoramic terrace looking over the lake, Monte Isola and the old town. It's the right home for anyone after quiet, open air and an outlook the others don't have, a fifteen-minute walk from the lakefront.
In plain terms: 50 m² for four is compact, and the hillside setting gives you the view but means a short climb back up.

50 m², two bedrooms and two terraces
Two bedrooms — one with a French double bed, one with a single — and a living room with a sofa bed: sleeps up to four. A full kitchenette (oven, hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster), a dining area and a sitting area. Two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, fitted with bidet, hairdryer and bathrobe. Air conditioning throughout, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with Netflix and a washing machine. Outside, the two terraces: the panoramic one over the lake and the side one with a sun deck and outdoor dining.

Sarnico sits at the southern tip of Lake Iseo, on the Bergamo shore. It has a pedestrian lakefront with restaurants, gelaterias and shops, and is known for the Art Nouveau villas designed by Giuseppe Sommaruga. Ferries to Monte Isola leave from here, and it's a handy base for Franciacorta and the Torbiere del Sebino nature reserve.
The home is on a hillside: that means an open view of the lake, but also a short climb back up. We'd rather tell you plainly, so you know what to expect.
