Design Apartment is a newly built 70 m² one-bedroom in the old town of Iseo, made for couples. A soundproofed, hypoallergenic double bedroom, a bright open-plan living and dining area, design furniture. It's our fourth home in the centre of Iseo, but with a different character: where Iseo Lake Escape, the Luxury Duplex and the Central Duplex are about space and capacity, this one is about comfort for two.
Its rarest advantage is a practical one: free private parking in the courtyard, right in the old town, where finding a spot is hard.

A modern bathroom with a rain shower, bidet and hairdryer. Air conditioning, heating and a fan, free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with Netflix, a washing machine and wooden floors. Independent entrance, card access, a safe, and the apartment is on the ground floor.

Design Apartment is in the old town of Iseo, a short walk from bars, restaurants and shops; the lake is within walking distance. The station is 450 metres away, handy for arriving by train, and the boats to Monte Isola and the walks towards Franciacorta leave from here.
