In plain terms: the lake and old town are about a ten-minute walk, not two. In exchange there's a private garage included — precious in Iseo, where parking is hard — though it is on the small side: if you're arriving with a long car or an SUV, it's worth knowing.

A bathroom with a shower, bidet, bathrobe and hairdryer, with complimentary toiletries. Iseo is the main town on the Brescia shore of the lake: Piazza Garibaldi, the little harbour, the lakefront and the ferries to Monte Isola. The home, though, is at the end of a private road, away from the bustle: that's the reason for its quiet, and we count it among its strengths.
