Lake Iseo Apartments & Suites isn't a single home: it's a newly built residence with nine independent apartments, on the western shore of Lake Iseo, in Paratico. Wooden-beam ceilings, Venetian plaster walls, marble bathrooms with a double rain shower. Three types, from a couple in a studio to a group of four in the penthouse: made for people travelling together who still want their own space, and for different budgets.
On site you'll find a mini-market, a café, a hairdresser and an ATM, a lift to the upper floors and 24-hour self check-in with a personal code: handy if you arrive late.

Penthouse Apartment
The residence's flagship: two bedrooms — one double and one with two single beds — and, above all, an exclusive panoramic terrace with a private jacuzzi overlooking the lake. A living room with exposed beams, a fitted kitchen and a marble bathroom with a double rain shower. It's also one of two units (with the Premier) entitled to free private parking on site (by reservation).
Premier Apartment · 1 bedroom
A French double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed: up to four guests, with the comfort of a separate bedroom. Fitted kitchen, marble bathroom, exposed beams and Venetian plaster like the rest of the residence. Note: this unit is entitled to free private parking on site (like the penthouse, by reservation).
The seven studios are made for two: the same finishes as the rest of the residence — wooden beams, marble, soundproofing — with a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a private bathroom. Each is a little different: browse the photos of each one.

Paratico sits at the south-western tip of Lake Iseo. From the residence, the lakefront and the ferry to Monte Isola are a 5-minute walk; Paratico-Sarnico station is less than a kilometre away.
By car you're 10 minutes from Sarnico, Iseo and the Franciacorta DOCG wineries, half an hour from Bergamo. Nearby, all the things to do around the lake.
