Penthouse Iseo Lake View is a 100 m² penthouse in Sale Marasino, on the western shore of Lake Iseo. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and space for up to seven guests, it's one of our largest homes: made for larger families or groups of friends. The big terrace looks over the lake and the mountains, and it's where you spend the evening — at sunset the light falls straight onto the water.
To be honest: the home is above the village, not on the water. The view is everything the name promises; the lakefront is about a ten-minute walk away, on level ground. In return — a rarity around here — there's free private parking on site, with no need to book.

Three bedrooms: two with a French double bed — the first with direct access to the terrace and a large wardrobe, the second with a view over the surrounding landscape — and one with a single bed; a sofa bed in the living room adds two more places. Two bathrooms: the main one with a bathtub and shower, basin, WC and bidet; the second a service bathroom with a basin and WC. A full kitchen with a dining table, hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and utensils. Air conditioning and heating, free Wi-Fi throughout, a flat-screen TV and a minibar. Outside, the large terrace with lake views and the balcony reached directly from the first bedroom.

Sale Marasino is a village on the western shore of Lake Iseo, with the church of San Giovanni Battista, Villa Rizzardi and its gardens, and the castle. The ferry pier for Monte Isola leaves from the village, and the Brescia–Edolo railway is handy. On the water you can sail, kayak and windsurf; on the hills there are trails and walks.
For days outdoors, there are the beaches of Lake Iseo and, a little further south, Franciacorta with its wineries.
